  Job Summary
  
  
  • To plan, lead, control and manage the team of Automation Engineers and Technicians in order to have strong support to Production and other related department which required automation improvement. The task included maintain and improve current automation equipment and projects that has been completed as well as new automation Project that will be implemented.
  
  Education
  
  
  • Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineer, preferred master degree.
  
  
  English
  • Proficient (80% - 100 %)
  
  Preferred experience & Skills
  
  
  • 10-15 years Manufacturing environment with Automation integration process
  • 7-10 Automation sub-contractors with testing and commissioning experiences
  • Manage the entire Automation team in terms of quality, productivity, cost, discipline and housekeeping.
  • Plan on work Schedule for each Engineer and Technician in order to maximize the capacity of each personnel.
  • Design and propose automation layout for every new Project which can be incorporated together with the line design in advance.
  • Provide details specification for each automation equipment to MRO team prior to the purchasing process.
  • Plan of consumable material preparation for the teams to works efficiently without any downtime due to lack of material. All consumable material requisition must be summited to Tool Crib Clerk for consolidation.
  • Prepare a progress report on each automation Project that is in schedule and present it to DPM and PM on weekly basis.
  • Propose Key Initiatives activities for automation team for continuous improvement program.
  • Work with other Wiwynn site to align and synchronize the automation project between other site.
  • To work with other site function or Department to improve the operational system.
  • Completely independence, motivated, dynamic and aggressive to manage the team to meet company goal.
  • Strong management and leadership skills with positive mindset.
  • Complete PLC programming and commissioning, C/C++, JAVA, and familiar Automation software and hardware development.
