  FAE ASSISTANT TECHNICAL MANAGER

  REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

  • More than 8 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing.

  • Experience in PCB assembly, testing, and validation processes.

  • Knowledge of electronic circuit analysis and troubleshooting.

  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing processes and New Product Introduction (NPI).

  • Proficiency in using electronic testing equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and logic analyzers.

  • Experience with PCB hardware and software.

  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

  • Previous experience as a Product Engineer, Failure Analysis Engineer, Design Engineer, Validation Engineer, or in similar technical positions.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead hardware failure analysis and technical troubleshooting.

  • Coordinate root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.

  • Manage and oversee the PE Repair Room.

  • Provide technical support to customers and suppliers.

  • Lead initiatives to improve First Pass Yield (FPY).

  • Participate in NPI projects and continuous improvement activities.

  • Coordinate and follow up on the team's technical activities.

  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience leading technical teams.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
