  Insurance requirements for suppliers
  Tendering processes (how to conduct a tender for services)
  Compliance

  Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • English proficiency: 90% (excellent communication skills)
  • Experience in negotiating prices and purchasing terms
  • Experience in cost reduction
  • Experience with REPSE (Registry of Specialized Services and Specialized Works Providers)
  • Experience with warranty/guarantee insurance
  • Experience with bidding processes (tenders)
  • Experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) procurement
  • Knowledge of INCOTERMS
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
  • Completed university degree
  • Analyze, evaluate, and contact suppliers to obtain catalogs, pricing, quality information, and lead times based on required specifications.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of requested items.
