  JOB PORPUSE
  The NPI Manager is responsible for leading the introduction of new products from design transfer through mass production, ensuring successful launches that meet quality, cost, delivery, and customer expectations. This role coordinates cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Operations.

  Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all NPI activities from product development through production ramp-up.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and resources to ensure on-time product launches.
  • Coordinate design transfer and manufacturing readiness activities.
  • Drive process development, validation, and qualification of new products.
  • Collaborate with customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and operations to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Monitor product cost, yield, quality, and production performance during launch phases.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
  • Lead PFMEA, process flow development, control plans, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality systems, and industry standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives during and after product introduction.

  Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, EMS, data center, server, networking, or high-volume production environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP and quality management systems.

  Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, product engineering, program management, or NPI environments.
  • 3+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Change Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
