  Job Summary

  To be in charge of the assigned commodity and suppliers with regard to raw material supply planning, material procurement, inventory management, and supplier performance management.

  Responsible for sending the weekly supplier forecast and following up on the supplier's commitments; releasing purchase orders; following up on and managing deliveries; ensuring material receipt for production use; handling and following up on disposition in case of material issues; and facilitating communication between suppliers and other supporting departments, such as the Supplier Quality Management (SQM) team and the Finance Accounts Payable team.

  • DNP-CNP releasing for assigned parts
  • Excess PO cancellation execution for assigned parts
  • PO reschedule execution for assigned parts
  • Vendor management for assigned parts
  • MIT (material in transit) for assigned parts
  • Non-nettable RMA process
  • RTV PO management
  • Hub call-off process for assigned parts
  
  

  Additional Responsibilities

  • ITBR / problem invoice review with vendor
  • Support Asia buyers
  
  

  Education

  • Bachelor's degree (completed) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

  Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement, Buying, Supply Chain, or related roles; 2+ years preferred.

  English Level
