• Descripción y Requisitos

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related field and 7+ years of experience in an electronics environment (SMT, Box Build, EMS, and Contract Manufacturing), EMS is highly preferred.
  2.  Master’s degree a plus.
  3.  Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role desirable.
  4.  80% bilingual English/Spanish with excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentations)
  5.  Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems; INFOR Syteline preferred.
  6.  Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards for acceptability of electronic assemblies.
  7.  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  8.  Proven expertise in soldering, both through-hole and surface mount technologies (SMT).
  9.  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
  10.  Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  11.  ISO 9001 background a must.
  12.  Requires a strong background in supporting a low to medium volume, system assembly manufacturing operation.
  13.  MS Office Skills (Intermediate or Advanced)
