    Position Purpose

    Lead the Human Resources function by aligning people strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, strengthening organizational culture, developing talent, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support sustainable business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders and department managers.
    • Foster a high-performance, engagement-focused culture throughout the organization.
    • Analyze and monitor HR metrics and KPIs to support business decision-making.
    • Ensure compliance with Mexican labor legislation and internal company policies.
    • Partner with Legal and business leadership in the management of labor relations, collective bargaining agreements, employee disputes, and litigation matters.
    • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Oversee talent acquisition processes for indirect personnel, ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience.
    • Drive talent development, succession planning, performance management, and career growth initiatives.
    • Lead annual training, development, and productivity programs.
    • Oversee employee relations processes, including disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring consistency and compliance.
    • Strengthen labor relations through effective communication and collaboration with union representatives.
    • Ensure compliance with audits and certifications, including CTPAT, Human Rights, and other customer or regulatory requirements.
    • Manage employee services and workplace experience initiatives, including transportation, cafeteria, and employee engagement programs.
    • Lead continuous improvement projects related to HR systems, compensation, benefits, organizational effectiveness, and social security compliance.
    • Manage HR service providers and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality support and cost efficiency.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
    • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
    • Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law and labor relations.
    • Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders across multiple levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
    • Outstanding leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
    • Experience with TRESS or similar HRIS systems.
    • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
