• Descripción y Requisitos

  PEGATRON 
  1. Work cross-functionally with suppliers and internal departments (MERD/AE/Quality) to drive successful New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production launch.
  
  2. Yield Optimization & Defect Reduction: Analyze assembly line failure data to identify mechanical yield detractors. Design and implement mechanical modifications, jigs, or fixtures to achieve yield improvement targets and minimize scrap rates.
  
  3. Capacity & Throughput Maximization: Identify automation bottlenecks and optimize automated mechanical stations to shorten Cycle Time (CT), maximize overall production throughput, and boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  
  4. CAPA & Root Cause Analysis: Investigate defects during assembly (e.g., component misalignment, assembly stress, dispensing overflow). Lead the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process and implement engineering changes (ECN) to prevent recurrence.
  
  EDUCATION
  Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
  English conversational and fluent essential 
  2+ years of experience in mechanical for automotive/consumer components.
  
  KNOWLEDGE:
  1. CAD software: Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (Solidworks, Creo, etc.);
  
  2. Automotive Standards: Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  
  3. Manufacturing Knowledge: Deep understanding of metal stamping, aluminum die-casting, and engineering plastic injection molding, dispensing.
