YOUR ROLE
As a HR Partner on our teams. Responsible to the HR Manager for hiring direct staff, establishing and following up on employment strategies, monitoring the internal and external work environment, ensuring compliance with the Labor Law (LFT), Labor Code (CCT), and International Labor Regulations (RIT), advising staff through labor relations technicians on labor-related matters and managing employment relationships (collective and individual).
In your daily job you will:
- Administration of the LFT, CCT, and RIT
- Administration of the Services (transportation and medical services)
- Lead the recruitment process for the hr team, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions to attract top talent and build a diverse and high-performing team.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they receive the necessary training, resources, and support to integrate smoothly into the team and contribute effectively to project deliverables
- Allocate resources effectively across projects and initiatives, balancing workload and priorities to optimize team productivity, utilization, and project delivery timelines.
- Define performance goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to support their professional development and career growth.
- Implement initiatives to recognize and reward team members for their contributions, achievements, and milestones, fostering a culture of appreciation, motivation, and engagement within the team
- Participation in audits, inspections from the supervised area; providing required documents and data.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration or related
- English level intermediate
- Experience 5 years in HR positions
- Knowledge of the LFT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT
- MS Office proficient (must)
