  Process oriented, providing daily basis support to fix operations issues. Conduct product/process analysis for continuous improvement. ECOs implementation and validation. New products implementation and validation. Update/Create process documentation. Provide training to the operation associates and participante during the certification process. Conduct calls with the product team and the end customer. Update/create process reports (KPIs). Participate in the customer complaints process. Participate in HPU and MCPU analysis. Provides recommendations for process changes. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics engineering or equivalent degree or experience. + 4  years experience in the manufacturing industry (electronics).  RFID knowledge. Measurement instruments management: System analyzers, Oscilloscope, Spectrum analyzer. Working knowledge of 5S Lean Six Sigma practices. Ability to follow oral and written guidelines. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications Detail oriented.. Advanced skills in MS Excel is a plus, including creating formulas, macros, and charting Has willingness to learn, takes initiative, and offers improvement ideas. Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Assets/Skills: 85% English  (verbal and written). Reverse Logistics: In-depth failure analysis of field returns, Implementation of Mfg test tools/diagnostics to achieve improvements Failure analysis  and Troubleshooting at PCB component level: PCB layouts, Schematics interpretation, Soldering Techniques (Plus: IPC 610, IPC 7711, IPC 7095 deseareble) and root cause analysis.
