    Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Sr Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring optimal equipment performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for leading a team of maintenance supervisors, driving preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, analyzing equipment performance metrics, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and improve productivity.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, coach, and coordinate maintenance supervisors to achieve operational and maintenance objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor, collect, and analyze equipment downtime and maintenance performance data.
    • Analyze key maintenance indicators such as OEE, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
    • Develop and implement action plans to improve equipment reliability and reduce operational interruptions.
    • Identify recurring equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
    • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Production, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
    • Lead continuous improvement projects utilizing methodologies such as DMAIC, Kaizen, 8D, 5 Whys, Problem Solving Process (PSP), and other operational excellence tools.
    • Establish maintenance priorities and allocate resources effectively to support production needs.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
    • Prepare and communicate maintenance performance reports and improvement recommendations to leadership.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
    • 5+ years of experience in maintenance, automation, manufacturing, or related industrial environments.
    • Previous experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
    • Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies.
    • Experience troubleshooting and supporting:
      • PLC systems
      • Electrical controls
      • Electronics
      • Pneumatics
      • Mechanical systems
    • Advanced knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment, including:
      • Robotics
      • Vision Systems
      • CNC equipment
      • RFID technologies
    • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing (WCM), or continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and leadership capabilities.
    • Advanced  English
