BASIC DUTIES
I. Raw Material control including below 5 areas to meet production Plan and company forecast effectively and efficiently.
1) order release and cancellation 2) delivery scheduling 3) inventory management 4) quality issue handling 5) payment to vendor application and follow up
II. efficient in using office software and SAP & SRM system to fulfil above work mentioned.
III. well communication and problem-solving skills among cross-function teams
IV. Understand the escalation and reporting flow for problem solving and advice seeking to fulfill Raw Material control job mentioned.
V. Capability in excessive Material disposition and urgent material pull- in
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:
*Bachelor's degree in business related or English Major
* Fluent English in speaking and writing.
*The Knowledge of Raw material supply chain & Manufacturing Process.
* Excellent use in Office, Excel, Word, PPT, Familiar with ERP systems, SAP system preferred.
OTHERS IMPORTANTS FACTORS:
1. Familiar with factory manufacturing & supply chain process
2. 2nd foreign language Chinese is a plus
3. Good communication skill to work cross dept. colleagues.
4.Strong execution Ability.
