  Job Objective

  Provide customer service and support to customers in both English and Spanish, resolving questions, following up on requests, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

  Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Required.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in similar position.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, Experience with ERP systems
  • English proficiency: 80–100%, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Attitude and teamwork.
  • Proactive / Self-initiated / Personally motivated.
  • Customer service attitude and strong communication skills.
  • High negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability and commitment to work.

  Main Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in English and Spanish.
  • Respond to calls, emails, and messages.
  • Resolve customer questions and follow up on requests.
  • Record and maintain customer information.
