Key Responsibilities
Lead the company's financial strategy and ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, and financial regulations.
Develop and oversee annual budgets, financial statements, cash flow plans, and investment projects.
Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and implement action plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Manage cost control, financial risk management, financing activities, and internal control systems.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Qualifications
? bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial leadership roles within medium or large organizations.
? Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, taxation, cost management, and risk control.
? Business-level English communication skills.
? Proven leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
