JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for coordinating the introduction of new products
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate the introduction of a new product to the manufacturing lines.
2. Collect and safeguard the verification and validation evidence for the first unit.
3. Provide feedback on findings from the pilot run.
4. Validate manufacturing routes and material bills according to customer requirements.
5. Request new tooling from the supplier.
6. Validate tooling.
7. Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes and versions for active products.
8. Coordinate sample manufacturing
9. Confirm weights and exact deEscrituraions for updating the Foreign Trade database
10. Monitor progress and report project status to stakeholders
11. Prepare FAI or PPAP documents as applicable
12. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the environmental and quality management system
AUTHORITIES
- Coordinate and prioritize sample manufacturing
- Define the personnel for first-piece validation on the manufacturing line
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, or related. Required
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 year of experience in manufacturing processes. Required
- Knowledge of packaging materials is a plus
