• Descripción y Requisitos

  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Management of raw materials using SAP inventory software for all inventory transactions. (Goods receiving, Goods Issuing, Material Transfers, Cycle counting, etc.)

  • Lead project liaison for Logistics; lead the Logistics inventory strategy for all new product launches.

  • Design, implement and support inventory processes for all North American sites

  • Analyze inventory, receiving, storage/layout, replenishment strategy and other opportunities. Evaluate alternatives, create and execute measurable solutions to support business requirements and growth

  • Oversee all 3rd party logistics providers as well as transfer, receiving and auditing processes

  • Collect and analyze data to monitor key performance indicators to plan and manage improvements in dept. performance.

  • Work closely with all relevant peers/departments to ensure the continuation of manufacturing and logistics processes, including systems training when necessary

  • Support inventory planning personnel by ensuring warehouse inventory accuracy through cycle count and physical inventory programs

  • Provide updates on status of projects and process improvement initiatives

  • Supporting Vistaprint’s mission, vision, strategic plan, goals and management decisions

  
  
  

  EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • In-depth knowledge and practical use of SAP Inventory system.

  • In-depth tactical knowledge of warehousing and storage/material flow strategies of Logistics operations

  • Knowledge of warehouse storage safety procedures 

  • Organization, planning and follow-up skills are a necessity

  • Post-Secondary education in business administration or equivalent 

  • English proficiency of at least 85%

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, material flow, and/or shipping and receiving
