Solicita: Quality Engineer

• Descripción y Requisitos

  PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

  • Provide leadership for process control in the process.
  • Support the corrective action system (internal and external).
  • Provide technical support to MfG Eng and MFg regarding quality of product and his function within the design.
  • Quality gage requirement for processes.
  • Provide leadership to QC engineers and technicians.
  • Works closely with engineering and manufacturing in capacity studies, gage R&R and DOE.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by department supervisor.
  • Performs activities related to safety.

  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Education: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineer.
  • 70% Bilingual.
  • Knowledge of ISO9000, IATF16949, ISO14001
  • Geometric tolerances and blueprint reading.
  • Computer literate on Microsoft.
  • Problem solving techniques.
  • PFMEA, DOE, QFD, PPAP, APQP.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Experience in Quality Control.
