• Descripción y Requisitos

  Sales & quotation support :
   -Follow up with the Product team on quotation progress to ensure completion within the required timeline.
   -Prepare and maintain project SOPs, organize and archive project related documents.
   update the regular sales reports
  - Regularly update the quotation tracking report and organize related documents and data.
  -Project and cross functional coordination :
   Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items through completion.
   Support the Sales team by tracking internal action items and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely completion.
  -Market information gathering: Gather and summarize monthly updates on Mexico’s supply chain, market trends, and relevant industry developments.
  
  
  
  Bachelor's degree
  fluid english (written, and conversation )
  2 years experience in sales area Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
