  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead occupational health and preventive medicine programs.
  • Provide medical consultations, emergency care, and employee health monitoring.
  • Coordinate medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, and special surveillance).
  • Investigate and follow up on work-related incidents, accidents, and illnesses.
  • Manage compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and Mexican occupational health regulations.
  • Support EHSS and Quality Management Systems activities.
  • Coordinate health campaigns, ergonomic evaluations, and workplace risk assessments.
  • Manage medical reports, medicine inventories, and occupational health records.
  • Participate in audits, safety committees, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  Qualifications

  ? Medical Degree
  ? 4+ years of experience in Occupational Health within manufacturing environments
  ? Knowledge of Mexican Health & Safety regulations
  ? Experience with Health and Safety Commission requirements
  ? Internal Auditor certification or experience in ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
  ? Experience with IATF 16949
  ? Advanced First Aid knowledge
  ? English proficiency (80%+)
  ? Automotive industry experience preferred
  ? Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
