KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS
- English proficiency: 50%
- Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram, 8D).
- Leadership skills.
- Teamwork.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical thinking.
- Decision-making, negotiation, and people-oriented mindset.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow and comply with all safety policies.
- Meet safety metrics: zero accidents and five OPS observations per week.
- Participate in and/or lead Safety Gemba walks.
- Participate in and/or lead process improvement initiatives, workshops, and new model launch phases.
- Participate in and/or lead quality problem-solving meetings.
- Meet Quality metrics (RTFT & CPU).
- Ensure strict execution of established processes (line balancing, tools, Andon system, etc.) and prevent line stoppages while adhering to the production plan.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Participate in and support compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements applicable to the position, in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
- Comply with all safety rules established for the position.
- Complete all planned Quality and Training-related courses and certifications on time.
- Identify and report any quality or compliance issues and support the implementation of corrective actions.
