Solicita: Sr. Financial Analyst (Data Analytics and Cost Management)

  • Work place: Flexsteel Juárez
  • Main function: Lead financial and cost analysis through data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities, deliver sustainable cost savings, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Main responsibilities:
  • • Analyze product, operational, and process cost structures to identify cost reduction opportunities.
    • Develop financial models, dashboards, and data analytics to support business decisions.
    • Monitor budget, forecast, and actual performance; explain variances and recommend corrective actions.
    • Lead cost-saving and productivity initiatives across cross-functional teams.
    • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Engineering to improve profitability.
    • Evaluate financial impact of new projects, capital investments, and process changes.
    • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy of financial reporting.
    • Automate reporting using Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
    • Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership.
    • Supervise and develop the finance analyst team.
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.
    • Month end closing coordination.
    • Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

    • Requirements:
  • • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
    • 5 years of experience in financial working with USA peers on planning, cost accounting, and data analytics.
    • Fully bilingual English Spanish
    • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
    • ERP knowledge (e.g. SAP).
