HR Business Partner (HRBP) Job Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, acting as a strategic consultant on human resources matters. This role drives organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR guidance to managers in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
Manage complex employee relations issues with fair investigations and proper documentation.
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and recommend actions to leadership.
Support performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and corrective actions.
Facilitate change management initiatives and organizational transformation.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to meet staffing needs efficiently and compliantly.
Support training and development programs to strengthen leadership and capabilities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and corporate guidelines.
Lead communication of HR initiatives, policies, and organizational updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in HRBP, Employee Relations, or Talent Management roles.
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR compliance.
Intermediate to advanced English (minimum: 70% reading, 60% writing, 60% speaking).
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, data analysis, and coaching skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to change.
