We are looking for a Superintendent responsible for ensuring work schedules are met, supervising a team of employees involved in the analysis, design, validation, implementation, and new product processes, monitoring production processes, methods, workloads, equipment operating standards, and other regulations to produce efficiently and with high quality. This includes systematic review of operational information and reports, seeking opportunities to increase productivity and quality while reducing costs.
Requirements:
Industrial/Process Engineer or related field
English +85% (spoken and written)
Availability to work flexible hours
Experience
Knowledge and experience in plastic molding and extrusion processes
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operations Superintendent
Experience with cross-functional teams for problem-solving
Proficiency in reporting and systems (Scrap, Absenteeism, BTS, FTT, OEE, Quality, etc.)
Knowledge of creating and analyzing reports Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
Coordination, supervision, and management of continuous improvement and cost savings (Kaizen) projects
Headcount management and control
Compliance with IATF-16949 and ISO 14001, BIQ, and Q1 quality standards
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Engineering changes
Knowledge of statistical process control
Experience in product engineering
