Responsible for leading all aspects of a strategic customer program within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Acts as the single point of accountability between customer and internal operations to ensure execution, delivery, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and long-term business growth.
Owns demand management, customer communication, cross-functional execution, operational readiness, issue resolution, and overall program health from planning through sustained production.
Leads cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Planning, and Customer Service to deliver business commitments.
Serve as primary interface with customer leadership and represent site strategy and execution.
Build strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction, growth, and operational excellence.
Lead executive-level business reviews, recovery plans, and strategic discussions.
Ensure alignment to contractual commitments, delivery expectations, and business objectives.
Own demand planning and execution strategy to meet revenue, shipment, and inventory objectives.
Translate customer forecasts into executable manufacturing plans.
Manage program risks, constraints, priorities, and escalation paths.
Drive readiness for NPI, ramp-up, mass production, and sustaining operations.
Coordinate and influence Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Planning, and Operations teams.
Lead decision-making across multiple organizations and resolve conflicts quickly.
Ensure execution discipline and accountability across all functions.
Own revenue performance, margin protection, inventory health, E&O exposure, cost management, and forecast accuracy.
Drive corrective actions for delivery, quality, material shortages, cost variances, and operational constraints.
Support business growth opportunities and expansion initiatives.
Establish KPI governance and operating mechanisms.
Drive process improvement, scalability, and operational maturity.
Implement data-driven decision making and executive reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
10+ years experience in Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, or related leadership roles.
5+ years managing complex manufacturing programs and customer relationships.
Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing, demand variability, and cross-functional execution.

PMP certification preferred.
Experience leading teams through rapid growth and changing priorities.
