• Descripción y Requisitos

  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
  1. Review the accounting entries of all business modules (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Fixed Assets, etc.) to ensure compliance with accounting treatment, accuracy of account usage, and integrity of supporting documents.
  2. Responsible for the accumulation and amortization of various expenses and their registration in the general ledger.
  3. Responsible for reviewing expense documents.
  4. Manage tax returns and tax refunds.
  5. Responsible for analyzing and preparing financial statements.
  6. Responsible for the registration and management of fixed assets.
  7. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  EDUCATION:
  

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields. A professional qualification in accounting is preferred.

  EXPERIENCE:
  

  • • At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting is required; experience in the manufacturing sector will be valued.
    • Proven track record in general ledger processing, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
    • Extensive experience in account reconciliation, fixed asset management and accrual/amortization.
    • Practical experience with ERP systems (SAP/Jomar) and SAP financial modules.
