Solicita: Bilingual Corporate Lawyer

  Job Purpose

  This role will provide high-quality, practical legal support to BRP’s Mexican entities, with a primary focus on commercial, labor, and corporate law matters, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.

  Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master is a plus)
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in areas related to corporate law
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal), with regular interaction with international teams
  • Knowledge of civil, mercantile, and labor Mexican legislation
  • Experience drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Experience providing labor counseling
  • Ability to translate legal concepts into practical, actionable advice
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple work assignments under tight timeframes

  Key Responsibilities

  • Structuring, drafting, reviewing, and analyzing agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
  • Give accurate and timely counsel
  • Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
  • Responding to external/internal comments while ensuring required legal terms are reflected in a contract
  • Collaborating with peers and leaders in legal, HR, and purchase departments to ensure project and deal outcomes align with proprieties
  • Understanding and staying current with industry trends and the legal and regulatory landscape of the business
  • Monitoring and assisting in revising and updating standard agreements, templates, and tools for our internal business partners
  • Research and evaluate different risk factors
  • Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
  • Supporting other commercial practice areas within BRP as the need may arise since BRP is constantly evolving
