Security Supervisor
Wiwynn Mx. Plant 1, 2 & 3
Manage and lead the security workforce, ensuring coverage, attendance, and performance.
Oversee security operations and monitoring, including patrol strategies, CCTV, alarms, and access control.
Lead investigations and ensure compliance with security requirements (CTPAT, OEA, and customer requirements).
Coordinate institutional relations and ensure timely follow-up on equipment maintenance.
Manage overtime, headcount, performance evaluations, talent development, and disciplinary actions.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role (5-7 years preferred).
- Experience in security operations, investigations, and compliance.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Security, Administration, Criminology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
ENGLISH
60% minimum: read, written, and spoken.
Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
Implement preventive and corrective actions to reduce risks and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
