  Position Title: Maintenance Manager Position Overview: This position will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of equipment and systems across the manufacturing facility. This role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of machinery and support equipment.   Principle Responsibilities: Maintenance Program of routines Supervision in Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. Plan and execute preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure equipment reliability and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to identify and implement equipment and process improvements. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment repairs, and parts inventory. Support installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machinery and modifications to existing equipment. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations, plant policies, and industry standards. Train and guide maintenance technicians or operators on equipment handling and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for specialized repairs or maintenance projects. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring equipment issues.  To be successful in this role one must demonstrate Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform trend analysis and implement corrective actions. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage direct and indirect teams. Proficient in budget creation, forecasting, and CapEx planning. Familiarity with commissioning processes and readiness planning. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work well with/support both external vendors and  internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (technical field is preferred but not required). Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred. Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on manufacturing equipment and maintenance programs. Demonstrated expertise in maintenance program development, equipment performance analysis, and team leadership. Experience with vendor and service contract management. Proficient in English and Excel (ability to quickly learn new software applications) Puesto:  Mantenimiento
