• Descripción y Requisitos

  SAP Engineer

  Objective: Provides functional and technical support for the SAP system, ensuring daily operations and proper execution of business processes. The role handles incidents, performs configuration, maintains developments, and supports end users. The role contributes to major initiatives such as upgrades, rollouts, and process improvements, ensuring solutions meet corporate standards and best practices. It also contributes to system improvements and integrations to enhance operational efficiency.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform adjustments and enhancements to existing developments (ABAP, extensions, Fiori, integrations) and new developments as well.
  • Optimize code, improve performance, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Perform configuration activities in assigned modules (MM, SD, FI, PP, WM, etc.
  • Participate in requirements analysis and functional solution design
  • Support SAP upgrade, rollout, migration, or implementation projects
  • Execute unit tests (UT), integration tests (IT), and user acceptance tests (UAT)
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, infrastructure teams and external vendors
  • Resolve IDoc errors, queues, batch inputs, and automated process failures
  • Keep technical and functional documentation up to date.
  • Log activities in ticketing tools
  • Handle and resolve SAP incidents at L1/L2/L3 levels according to the support model
  • Analyze functional and technical issues, identify root causes, and propose sustainable solutions
  • Monitor critical processes (interfaces, jobs, integrations, IDocs, RFCs)

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in ITM and Finance.
  • 2 years of experience SAP MM / PP / SD / FICO
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Solid ABAP, integrations, and IDoc knowledge.
  • Intermediate functional SAP configuration.
  • L2/L3 incident analysis and resolution.
  • Experience in upgrades, rollouts, and integrations
