  About the Role:   The SAP Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring end-to-end inventory accuracy and maintaining system integrity within SAP. This role serves as the primary point of contact for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving inventory discrepancies across cross-functional plant operations. In addition, the specialist supports system testing and the implementation of SAP process enhancements and warehouse optimization initiatives What You Will Do:  ? Analyzing various system parameters, concerning stock levels, kanban numbers, expiry dates (SLED), and, where necessary, making improvement proposals and adjustments ? Optimizing inventory storage strategies concerning existing and new material setups, including: ? Kanban creation/Kanban changes ? Material Master Data maintenance   ? Warehouse storage changes/bin creation and deletion ? "Supermarket" optimization ? Put-away, Stocking and replenishment strategies ? All supporting system work, in terms of layout, set-up and labelling ? SLED date tracking ? Administer material cycle counting requirements per plan ? Support Internal and External Auditors as required; assist in end-of-month/Year Cycle Counting ? Serves as a key point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve receiving and goods issue discrepancies across internal plant and external 3PL warehouse locations ? In collaboration with the global SAP team and your supervisor, support/execute testing of new process changes within the SAP test environment, document results and report findings ? Support the implementation of SAP process enhancements and warehouse optimization initiatives ? Coordinate and process vendor returns, quality control (restricting inventory, placing on hold, etc.) in SAP ? Coordinate trial material runs with Purchasing. ? Coordinate Quality hold & storage process with the Quality Dept. ? May be required to operate material handling equipment. (Power Walkie, tugger, etc) ? Drive operational excellence by leading Gemba Walks to identify and eliminate process waste ? Create and maintain "Standard Operating Procedures" (SOPs) ? Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to identify hazardous materials and configure ? Material Master Data flags to ensure compliant routing and storage within designated chemical rooms ? Standardize the "Scrap and Obsolete" process to ensure physical waste is properly written off the books and disposed of according to environmental policy ? Other duties as assigned by VSO What You Need: ? High School Education is required, Post-secondary education is considered an asset ? Proficiency with English (written and verbal) is required ? 2-3 years of in-depth logistics SAP experience (EWM experience is highly desirable) ? A desire to demonstrate a Continuous SAP learning & development mindset as the system evolves to manage the growing complexities of Vistaprint Supply Chain ? Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Products (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word) ? Excellent written and oral communication skills
