Solicita: Jr Supplier Quality Engineer

  Main Responsibilities

  Supplier Quality Management

  • Identify, document, and resolve supplier quality issues
  • Notify suppliers of non-conforming material and ensure timely action
  • Create and manage NCRs through closure
  • Ensure effective containment and sustainable corrective actions
  • Monitor supplier performance (KPIs), identify risks, and address recurring issues
  • Lead discussions and drive actions to improve supplier performance and operational results

  Supplier Development

  • Conduct supplier reviews, audits, and visits to ensure compliance with quality requirements
  • Support and improve supplier processes from PFMEA through control implementation
  • Maintain effective communication to ensure ongoing product compliance

  Non-Conforming Material Control

  • Manage containment, disposition, traceability, and rework of non-conforming material
  • Ensure timely availability of conforming material for production

  New Product Introduction (PPAP)

  • Validate and release PPAP packages according to specifications
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and launch requirements
  • Support engineering changes (ECN) implementation

  Other Responsibilities

  • Comply with company policies, procedures, safety rules, and code of ethics
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business preferred)
  • 2+ years in Supplier Quality or 3+ years in a related field (supply chain preferred)
  • Advanced English

  Experience in:

  • Core Tools (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, GD&T, PPAP)
  • Quality system audits
  • Non-conforming material handling
  • Manufacturing processes (stamping, injection molding, electronics, etc.)

  Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis
  • Effective negotiation and communication with suppliers
