  What to Expect
  • Strategic key role: An internationally oriented key position with high strategic relevance and significant creative freedom in a global production environment.
  • Concept development: Development, evaluation, and implementation of holistic production and industrialization concepts along the entire value chain – from the concept phase to series production.
  • Manufacturing solutions: Responsibility for designing innovative manufacturing solutions, including material flow, automation, handling, and testing concepts, while considering technical and economic requirements.
  • Technology shaping: Active design and evaluation of new manufacturing technologies, automation solutions, and global standards to secure the company's competitiveness and future viability.
  • Feasibility analysis: Analysis of manufacturability, investment requirements, costeffectiveness, as well as technical and commercial opportunities and risks of new production concepts. • Technical support: Technical support for bidding and RFQ processes, as well as the definition, standardization, and global roll-out of machine, plant, and equipment standards.
  • Global collaboration: Close collaboration with international plants, interdisciplinary teams, suppliers, and technology partners during the introduction, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing solutions.
  • Documentation & capacity: Creation and harmonization of technical documentation, as well as planning and steering globally available plant capacities within the production network.
  What we are looking for
  • Degree: Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering or industrialization, ideally within the automotive environment.
  • Industrialization expertise: Sound knowledge of industrial process chains, manufacturing technologies, and automation, as well as experience in developing and implementing holistic production concepts.
  • Technical & systemic skills: Confident handling of technical drawings, CAD assemblies, bills of materials (BOM), and manufacturing requirements; ideally experience in RFQ and bidding processes, as well as SAP knowledge.
  • Language skills: Very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Willingness to travel: Willingness to travel regularly (up to 60%).
