  Position Summary

  Wiwynn Mexico is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Production Supervisor to join our operations team. This position is responsible for leading production activities during special shifts, ensuring the achievement of production goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

  The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, technical knowledge, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production floor operations.
  • Ensure compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and productivity targets.
  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop production personnel to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, safety, and cost reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Prepare and communicate production reports and performance updates to management.

  Qualifications

  Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Programming, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.

  Language

  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) – Bilingual required.

  Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
  • Basic to intermediate programming skills in Python.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and production control systems.
  • Experience monitoring operational KPIs and implementing corrective actions.
