  POSITION SUMMARY

  Responsible for ensuring that materials, components, and services supplied by vendors meet the company's quality, reliability, and delivery requirements. This role supports operational continuity and drives continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, developing and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
  • Manage, track, and close material non-conformities with raw material suppliers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments (PME, PD, QA, WH, etc.) to resolve quality and operational issues.
  • Review, monitor, and close inventory discrepancies within departmental warehouses.
  • Complete and maintain DPPM and VLRR reports for various suppliers to analyze trends and recurring issues.
  • Ensure zero production downtime caused by material-related issues.
  • Develop Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for new processes and oversee their implementation.
  • Directly supervise junior engineers, group leaders, and inspectors.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for junior engineers, group leaders, and inspectors.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, cycle time improvement, safety enhancement, and operational efficiency.
  • Report anomalies that may impact operational requirements or business objectives.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of inspection operations.

  QUALIFICATIONS

  Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Degree completed and officially certified.

  Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer or in Supplier Quality.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality.

  Languages

  • Advanced English (spoken and written) – Bilingual (required).

  TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

  • SAP system management and utilization.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (required).
  • Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
  • Quality standards and quality management systems.
  • 8D Problem-Solving Methodology.
  • Basic understanding of electronics.

  • Effective communication with Headquarters (HQ) and internal departments.
  • Emotional intelligence and strong teamwork skills.
  • Leadership and personnel management experience (minimum of 10 direct reports).
  • Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset.
