  POSITION SUMMARY

  Responsible for ensuring that suppliers meet quality and delivery standards, serving as the liaison between the company and the supply chain to guarantee compliant materials, prevent failures, and drive continuous process improvement.

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage IQC, LISO, and MRB areas related to incoming material and product inspection.
  • Oversee sorting and material containment activities.
  • Escalate manufacturing issues with suppliers and request corrective actions.
  • Maintain direct interaction with suppliers and customers for information exchange and problem analysis.
  • Lead and manage personnel (minimum of 20 direct reports).
  • Analyze quality data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve quality and manufacturing issues.
  • Review, coordinate, and manage internal audits.
  • Conduct testing using supplier fixtures and manage test results.
  • Follow up on and implement corrective actions related to customer complaints caused by material issues.

  QUALIFICATIONS

  Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Degree completed and officially certified.

  Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in Supplier Quality.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality.

  Languages

  • Advanced English (Bilingual).

  TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Quality tools: 8D, Core Tools, Green Belt methodologies.
  • Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Green Belt certification (preferred).
  • Software proficiency: SAP, Microsoft Office, Power BI, SolidWorks.
  • Warehouse Management systems and processes.
  • Measurement and inspection tools.
  • Quality standards and regulations within the electronics industry.
  • Basic understanding of electronics.
