Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, Windows OS, Office 365, printers, scanners, PDA devices, and meeting-room equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software; manage PC replacement, preventive maintenance, asset inventory, user onboarding/offboarding, and ticket follow-up.
Document common issues and user guides to improve service consistency and reduce repeated incidents.
Support LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, SD-WAN/VPN, ISP circuits, cabling, access points, and IT room/server-room basic operations.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using practical tools such as ping, tracert, ipconfig, nslookup, cable tester, and device logs; escalate to HQ IT or vendors when required.
Participate in network/infrastructure projects, including requirement collection, implementation coordination, testing, acceptance, and handover documentation.
Support eVMI/PDA and related business applications by collecting user requirements, analyzing incidents, validating data, and coordinating with HQ application teams.
Use SQL for basic queries, data checking, simple reports, and issue investigation; understand logistics/warehouse process data and support operational users.
