Job Summary:
The Junior Production Manager is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
This role involves supervising production teams, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee multiple production lines to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Lead and develop operational teams, including supervisors and middle management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, scrap, efficiency, and OEE.
• Support data-driven decision-making and problem-solving at both operational and strategic levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and production goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience (Supervisor, Coordinator, or Manager level).
• Proven experience managing multiple production lines.
• Strong background in continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Experience with KPI tracking and performance analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office.
