    Descripción y Requisitos

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Education:

· Business Degree to High School with 2+ years’ experience.

Requirements:

· 2+ years’ experience in Reports Analysis / Strategic Planning experience in a call center setting are required.

· Working knowledge of forecasting, scheduling, trending and analysis in Call Center environment.

· Hands-on operation experience with a workforce management system and/or forecasting and scheduling software.

· Strong statistical analysis skills.

· 1+ years’ experience in a task lead or supervisory role.

· Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).

· Excellent writing skills (English)

· Proven Leadership ability.

· High degree of proficiency with all Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel Spreadsheets and Power Point presentations.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

· Monitor call traffic to meet required call handling, staffing levels on a real-time basis as needed to ensure campaign's KPI's are met.
