Responsibilities

  • Comply with customer requirements & Metrics

  • Handling and resolving simple to complex customer inquiries includes working with customers to obtain information over the phone.

  • Maintaining records of complaints and customer feedback to share with the LOC.

  • Provides consumers and healthcare professionals with product information that is not medical in nature following all policies, and procedures.  Explains complex medical terms/information in lay terms to consumers using Escrituraed responses.

  • May make outbound calls related to the service request, and/or follow-up to a customer inquiry

  • Proactively makes recommendations on how to enhance customer satisfaction, and improve operational effectiveness and efficiency

 

 

Qualifications

  • Communication

  •  Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish desirable

  •  Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the distribution team

  •  System/Computer Skills

  • Good computer skills and the ability to use customer relationship management (CRS) software and databases
