Manages and Conducts the orientation process for new hires

•Manages and Plans a yearly Calendar for Mandatory Trainings

•Manages the mandatory, competency and specific training matrices.

•Manages and Conducts the Purchasing Process for External Trainings

•Manages the Learning Administration System and keeps training records for the Mexcio Tecnical Center and US sites.

•Plans and Communicates monthly Internal Trainings

•Detects Training Needs with managers and supervisors

•Establishes and maintains a constant relationship with training suppliers and local Universities

•Attends Training Events

•Administers and creates course content in Delphi University

•Administers special required trainings for the Region

•Provides Engineering areas in Mex and US with Training Reports

•Prepares monthly training reports and Metrics

•Responds to Internal, External and Goverment Audits and Inspections

•Administers and Supplies Training Material and Resources

•Administers Training Rooms

•Organizes Special Training and Promotional events

•Internal Instructor

•Controls Training Inventory

•Manages the Scholarship Program

•Generates DC-3 forms

•Maintains the training department within the Mexican law requirements in the government portal


  • Review the monthly billing of GMM policies
  • Prepare monthly reports of deductions for optional plans
  • Address employee cases regarding policies and monitor them with the Broker
  • Coordinate meetings with the Broker for review of pendings
  • Prepare the headcount and monthly metrics
  • Assist in the preparation of the database for the salary survey
  • Relocation
  • Support HR areas in the employee relocation process
  • Manage billing with Runzheimer
  • Recognitions of Antiquity:
  • Generate the report of employees to recognize in the year
  • Make the purchase order
  • Prepare the awards delivery event


1 or 2 years of experience in training and/or benefits department

Advanced English

Advanced knowledge in MS Office in particular with Excel as V-lookups, pivot tables etc

Sharepoint management -plus
