    Descripción y Requisitos
Transtelco is looking for a dynamic, high-energy and motivated National/International Accounts Manager. 

The Telecommunications Account Manager works closely with the executive and sales teams to build and maintain strong business relationships with strategic accounts and clients. This position will also support regional managers through proactive communication and action plans to increase sales and profitability, and will concentrate on data collection and analysis of sales-related information and statistics to accurately and effectively plan interactions.

Essential Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
  • Acts as the primary contact for day-to-day communications with established, new and future clients; regional team members and members of management.

  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Prepares periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
  • Assists with responses to requests for proposals, prepare pricing, and creates sales presentations.
  • Assists marketing group in monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing requirements.
  • Maintains effective business relationships with executive teams for key clients.
  • Networks with key clients to identify and address specific needs.
  • Responsible for understanding client requirements in order to make strategic decisions and offer suitable solutions to finalize and solidify negotiations.
  • Responsible for keeping up-to-date with organizational and market trends related to products and service, competitor’s offerings, and the client's business in order to develop appropriate proposals that present creative solutions for successfully market and sales of company products and/or services.
  • Ensures brand consistency.
  • Generates revenue to achieve the company's sales objectives and to meeting individual objectives.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Three to five years proven national or regional sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully landing large strategic accounts and sustaining the business over several years.
  • Excellent research and strategic analysis skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiations and meeting client requirements.
  • Ability to create spreadsheets, presentations and conduct effective meetings to drive goal achievement.
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills, and highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated effective oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to use ethical and prudent judgement and cognitive decision-making capabilities for the best interest of the company, clients and internal team members.
  • Strong technology skills, specifically with the Microsoft Excel and database/data extraction tools.
  • Must be able to travel locally, nationally, and internationally.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
