Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Professional Degree
  • Master Degree is a plus
  • English 90%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).
  • 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 5+ years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment
  • Excellent skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, TRESS
  • Extensive knowledge of the LFT, IMSS and Infonavit
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 and IATF 16949
  • Ethical and Disciplined Person
  • Empathic person with excellent skills to deal with people
  • Strong leadership skills respected by employees, which promotes respect and have good teamwork skills.
  • Excellent on conflict resolution
  • Accessible person with excellent communications skills
  • Establish a solid, proactive and flexible relationship at all levels
