REQUIREMENTS:

• College Degree required, Engineering Degree preferred
• 5 to 7 years of experience in similar position.
• Knowledge in safety and environmental regulatory requirements.
• Broad technical knowledge in the areas of quality assurance, plant engineering, production and materials planning.
• Strong knowledge of Employee/Labor Relations
• Fully Bilingual English/Spanish                          
• Lean-Six Sigma preferred                                 
• Microsoft Office                 
• Project management and finance analysis                                 
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18000                                
• BPCS knowledge preferred

SKILLS, ABILITIES  & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for implementing work programs, creating and following the Internal Operating System to guarantee all processes and transactions are properly approved and registered in the required period of time.
• Manage a group of Supervisors to meet targets for Production, Quality, yield and value add cost.
• Provide ideas and solutions to improve capacities and capabilities of existing equipment and processes.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive and productive manufacturing environment.
• Ability to inspire and motivate all levels of a workforce; to effectively trouble shoot (and lead trouble shooting) problems via root cause analysis; to seek, facilitate and develop process oriented solutions.
